    Can users login and use the app. The thought process is we only allow logged in users to submit tickets. Would be much easier for them to submit tickets if it was mobile? It works great for agents and admins!

    Hey Spencer,

    The app will only be accessible to agents/admins on the account. End-users would need to access your Help Center site through a mobile browse instead of the through the app.

    If this is a feature you're looking for I would recommend creating a post in our Support Product Feedback Forum to help provide visibility to our Product Managers as well as other members of the community.

    Can you please fix the issue when clicking a ticket URL in an email or slack to actually pull up the ticket. Our entire staff has an issue if we get the entire ticket URL sent in a private message in slack, email etc.. The Zendesk app opens but it doesn't bring you to that ticket, you have to manually type in the ticket. How can we get that fixed ASAP? I'm sure its a problem for others...

    It was mentioned here that the Zendesk Support mobile app would support account switching in early 2019. Is there an update to this? I support 3 separate Zendesk instances and this would be SO helpful, especially in the age of SSO + MFA. Thanks!
