You can install and manage your Support app integrations from the Zendesk My Apps page.
To access the My Apps page
- In Admin Center, click the Apps and integrations icon (
) in the sidebar, then select Apps > Zendesk Support apps.
The My Apps page appears, showing your currently installed apps.
On the Currently Installed tab you can see enabled and disabled apps.
On the Private Apps tab you can see private apps that are ready to be installed.

Where is this sidebar with the admin icon?????

You should see a gear icon on the left side of your screen when logged into the Support interface. If you don't see this on your end, can you provide a screenshot of what you do see?
