Any updates on this request? We would also like phone recordings to only be available to admins and managers. Our agents would prefer that limitation as well.

Dave Dyson The app doesn't work. I believe it is because we are using Agent Workspace. I've communicated with support and they too couldn't get it to work, they said they will look into it.
